DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST UNLESS YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH TO USE SOCIAL NETWORKS AND PARTICIPATE IN CONTESTS IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone who is old enough to use social networks and participate in contests in their own country. Only one account per person is allowed for the Contest.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: You may enter the Contest between 00:00:01 am American Central Time (“CT”) on July 5, 2012 and 11:59:59 pm CT on July 31, 2012 (“Contest Period”).

3. TO ENTER: To enter the Contest an Entrant must Sign-up on http://www.myhistro.com (“Web Site”). The Entrant may, in alternative, log-in using the other social networks credentials available on the Web Site. Entry and account registration are free. Previously existing users are required to successfully invite a friend to be able to participate in the contest. A successful invitation is obtained when the invited friend Signs-Up and adds the user as friend on the Website. Both new and existing users are allowed to invite extra friends and will receive 3 extra Entries for the Prize draw for each successfully invited friend.

4. SELECTION OF THE WINNER: At the end of the Contest Period valid Entries will be selected randomly to win the Prize.

5. PRIZE DETAILS: The Prize is an iPod Touch that will be bought on the official Apple website and sent to the winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Winner is solely responsible for any taxes to be paid on the Prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) violating the Official Rules; (b) violating the Web Site terms of service, conditions of use and/or applicable general rules or guidelines; (c) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Contest. In particular no automated Entry of any sort will be considered valid for the Prize. We also reserve the right to disqualify any individual deemed to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other user.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winners will be notified by email within 2 (two) working days of the end of the Contest Period. We reserve the right, to require any potential Winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility.
